The fact that there was an error in the layout of the final product, it was fixed and I am being sent the same order free of charge with the issue fixed. I would have rated print runner 5 stars but the issue did happen in the first place so this caused my final product to be delayed. I do appreciate that print runner took responsibility and provided me with a corrected order.

As first time users, we ran into an issue with the online ordering screens. We reached out to Print Runner 11 times, with absolutory no response. We made several attempts through the internet connection as well as those 11 phone calls. No response. Yesterday the order was delivered incorrectly. Today a, seemingly nice young man called to check our order. I told him our experience. I was out of the office, but accepted his call. He said he would send me his contact information through email. I have searched my email. Nothing. We understand mistakes occur. A companies ability to address mistakes make or break a company. So far Print Runners, have not addressed the mistakes. Print Runner web page clearly states their number to call for issues. We called and left messages. No one returned our calls. Don't list a phone number if you don't want to return calls.

The design process was uncomplicated, I was very pleased with the stock imagery available and I received exactly what I hoping for before the expected delivery date. I highly recommend to anyone ordering more to forego the delivery charge. Worked out wonderfully. Thank you. I will be using your services again.
