Slow service 9 days and still waiting. .
9 days and still waiting for a result. Your response to my last review said situation is resolved. It's not.

Hi there. It looks like you tested last week on the 31st, standard results take approximately 3 days to process. The specialty test you took takes up to 4 business days excluding the weekend. Due to the holiday, results have been slightly delayed, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
