Very prompt on walk up
Very prompt on walk up. I can't attest to anything other than it was a Monday, and i was there before 8 am. Very polite staff. Easy to use kiosk. Just make sure you prep online first. Saves a lot of time. Appointments are requested but not required by the site. So if you have an extensive visit be sure to acknoledge that. And the place is REALLY CLEAN! Cannot complain about that. 5 stars all the way.

Seamless
I appreciate how quick and well-integrated the system is with quests portal. I had no problems going to a collection site and having them pull up the required tests.

Request worked easily
Request worked easily. Quest on the other hand uploaded the results into their portal, despite my not logging into it, or associating the test with quest diagnostics. They located my profile and loaded the results.

You can delete results from MyQuest via their login portal if you do not wish to have them located there; typically this happens if a patient already has a MyQuest account which is why we recommend using our own internal portal.
