At first I was very skeptical of using…
At first I was very skeptical of using an online site to get lab work done, but it was necessary. The steps were easy to follow and payment was processed right away. I went to the Quest lab immediately the next morning as soon as they opened and the lab orders were there without a hitch. I never even had to mention why I was there to the phlebotomist. They drew my labs and I was out of the door in a few minutes. I got very a specific and clear email from Priority beforehand and everything went as they said. My results were posted within a day and I was notified by email. Needless to say I was very happy with the process they turned a stressful situation into smooth sailing and have me peace of mind. I highly recommend.

My results came back in 2 days
My results came back in 2 days. When the portal wasn’t working I sent them a message and got an immediate response. I would definitely use this service again.

Clear and easy
Instructions for testing were straight forward and clear. Partial results arrived in 1 day and final results in 3 days. The experience was very quick, professional, and pleasant.

My results would not display or download. 3 days later, I am still unable to view my results.

Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, your final lab results were posted to the patient portal 24 hours after you went in for collection. Our system automatically sends a result notification email along with the request to review our service, addressed from "Priority Health Testing". The login link to access your results is included in this email as well as in your order confirmation email. Our director of patient services will reach out to you in private to help you further.
