Quick and easy with appointment
Quick and easy, I walked in and had to wait a bit, would recommend an appointment. Staff was nice, helpful and friendly. One thing I would suggest, I just went for a urine test, it would be nice if at check in the staff would get notified of a simpler and faster test and call people in earlier for a urine test that lasts 5 minutes, I waited an hour and could have go in between two appointments without much disruption, you could do more volume effortlessly. One last thing the check in screen is to the side of the door, most people like me don’t see it and walk to the counter to sign in only to find out there is nowhere to check in and nobody behind the counter, I saw a number a people confused during my hour wait. Overhaul good job.
