Luke was amazing!
I ordered a test that is not as popular through Priority STD testing and it had issues getting routed to the correct lab. Luke H, whom is the director of operations has helped me tremendously, he stayed in communication during the whole process until I got the results. He was so kind in communication and understanding he truly went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate what he did with tracking the test and making sure it got delivered to the correct lab. There was some hiccups in getting it to the correct area but due to no fault of Luke's, he got everything back on track for me. Thank you Luke your kindness and attentiveness is truly appreciated!
