The scheduling is very problematic
The scheduling is very problematic. I had confirmation from doctor, went to site, and they told me I needed an appointment, even though it said you could walk in. Saw others with same issue at another location as well. After seeing the reply to this review, I see just like most businesses now, nobody wants to take responsibility for their business. Farming a step of a service to a 3rd party, doesn’t Relieve you of your responsibilities to the customer. Yeah?, how about you contact ALL your locations and update your website.

Thank you for reaching out. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. The information we receive regarding appointment-only PSCs comes directly from Quest, and if they do not update their website accordingly we have no way of knowing. With over 4000 locations, we rely on Quest to provide us with accurate information as we cannot audit each location manually on a day-by-day basis, and if they do not, then we (Priority Health Testing) end up getting a bad review instead of them (Quest). Kindly reach out to our director of patient services so we can remove this location from our lab finder as we do not want future patients directed there: [email protected] Response: As stated above, we'd like you to contact us so we can remove the location from our system. Our goal is to provide the best patient experience possible, and we certainly will do what we can on our end to make sure that happens.

Was quick and easy could cost less…
Was quick and easy could cost less advertise specific building you are in I pulled up to address on google maps and the building said cancer clinic. So might want to put that in your description of where you are at

Extremely fast results
Entire process was easy. Was in and out of the clinic in 10 minutes. Read the email and you will have 0 problems. Results came back fairly quickly and they update as they come in. Will use again in the future.
