The online booking process was…

The online booking process was excellent. The instructions were very well thought out and communicated. However, I drove to the Quest in Warren MI fully prepared only to find a line of people waiting outside the center under monitor by a clearly uninformed security guard. I communicated exactly as I was instructed and he barred my entry, insisting that I needed an appointment, the next available being 2 hours later. There were 4 or 5 irate customers monitoring the entire interaction so I elected to leave rather than explain further. Since I had been instructed that I could go to any location without notice, I elected to drive 10 miles to the next closest location in Troy. That location was empty and the staff was efficient, discreet and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I would have preferred to know in advance that the location was in Walmart. First because I know visiting one is a no frills experience for which I prepare myself when I'm not avoiding it altogether. And second because I drove in circles for sometime looking for Quest signage that wasn't there. The location website doesn't mention Walmart. Which seems deliberately and unnecessarily misleading to me. Still, the process exceeded my expectations.

Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our orders quickly any professionally. Any instance to the contrary and we file a complaint with our national account manager to ensure corrective action is taken. The information we receive regarding labs comes directly from Quest, therefore if they are not updating their information online accordingly, we have no way of knowing. We will be removing this location from our lab finder to ensure future patients are not directed there. We're glad to hear the rest of your testing experience was a good one.
