Excellent service! I never got tested before but met an amazing woman who inquired if I ever had, so it was time. Went to the lab and had my blood and urine sample taken for the 10 panel test, and received my results the very next day. It honestly was really stress free. Big window to get your labs when you want. And STD testing is stressful, I tested negative for everything but I was still scared to do it because you just never know and that is frightening. And that fear can be hard, so knowing you can go anytime within 90 days when you are mentally ready really helps. You just feel a bit more free when it's up to you to decide the time and day. Price was best I found too besides public clinics. If you want to feel empowered about your sexual health, you just found the right company to do this test! They offer counseling by phone too if you need it. Amazing service!

Only issue I had was that I was waited in the lobby longer that my appointment took, but that is understandable given the time we are in. Other than that everyone was helpful and kind.

Overall good experience however had trouble contacting thecontracted lab for timely appointment

Excellent and fast service

I was very impressed at how quickly I had results. I went to the lab at lunch and received some results later that day! By 11 a.m. the next day I had all my results. The test results were easy to read. I received an email when they were complete along with a number to call if I had any questions. Overall, I was very impressed!!!
