The initial phone call to set up…
The initial phone call to set up appointment was very good, lady was very helpful, process was great. Testing facility was good, tech was fine. The follow up phone call to go over results was not so great. Whoever i spoke with was condescending, not very good to talk to, however did essentially give me the info i needed with continued questioning.
