Easy to order testing, pay, and get in and out with lab work. If you're thinking about getting tested it's stressful enough, these guys make it easy. If you think you've been exposed GO GET TESTED! you owe it to yourself and your loved ones.

Thank you! We'd love to know what we could have done to make your experience 5 stars instead of 4, as our goal is to provide the best patient experience possible. Anything less and we don't consider our job to be done.

I have to admit. Going into there i was quite nervous. The staff was professional warming and welcoming. I felt at home. They got straight to it. I received my results by email and it was easily accessible. The entire process was easy peasy. I recommend using!

Everything was well explained even though I still had to tell quest what I was testing for. Got the results back fast but couldn't download to my phone. There are also better priced companies out there.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to receive our patients quickly and professionally. We provide the exact verbiage to provide the lab staff in your order confirmation email to avoid situations like you have described. Our director of patient services would like the opportunity to speak with you so we can gather more information. We will file a report with Quest to ensure corrective action is taken against the lab staff: [email protected]
