Results took over five days. Consult took over four hours. All promises were not met. Two stars because phone people were friendly (but couldn’t do anything to help).

The Walk-In process needs to be explained clearer. The kiosk gives walk-ins an appointment for thar day instead of working them in with scheduled appointments. If a walk-in arrives at 9am and the kiosk sets an appointment at 3pm that person may have to sit an wait for hours to be seen. A walk-in should not have to be made to wait for hours but can be worked in between current appointments especially if an appointment is running late.
