Thank you for the feedback. Our review platform, Trustpilot, does not allow us to change the company name which is why we put "priority health" in the subject line of the email, to try and obfuscate your inbox better. We do not put anything related to STD testing in our own correspondence, and are working on a solution for Trustpilot to remove our name from the platform emails, as we do not wish to invade our patients privacy. Although we are a completely separate company from Quest Diagnostics, we take all instances where our patients are not satisfied with their visits seriously and will file a detailed report with the necessary directors to ensure corrective action will bet taken.
