The lab technician was great
The lab technician was great! The registration was easy. The appointment wait time was super quick. My only comolaint is the online system and the app. The registration was confusing and so were some of the app prompts. Once the results were in, this was clear and easy.

Thank you for the great feedback! We mention in the first sentence of our order emails and instructions that patients should not sign up for MyQuest to avoid issues just like you mentioned. Our result system does not require registration and has immediate access directly from the lab itself, which is more secure and fast. Suggestion
The rest was quick and easy. But I would like to add some additional measures to retrieving the test. I figure if anyone knows your birthday and last name can easier access to your personal information. Maybe add some passcode or access code to make it more confidential.

We've actually already thought of this! The link in your email is unique to your order only, you can't just go to the basic login URL and enter anyone's information, it will deny access unless your exact link is used, which is only distributed once in your email; it's called a "token link". We take privacy concerns seriously, so you can be rest assured nobody else will be able to access your information. I purchased a 10-Test Panel for STIs…
I purchased a 10-Test Panel for STIs and the service was great. I arrived at the location for my test and I was a walk-in. Nonetheless, I still felt like a priority because my service was quick and finished in a timely manner. It was a really professional experience. I got my results within 4 days of the testing and I am glad that everything ended up fine.

LAWSUIT!!!
I repeatedly told the phlebotomist drawing my blood that he was hurting me and doing it wrong. I am actually a certified phlebotomist myself and needed work done while out of state. He managed to puncture the other side of my vein wall and refused to stop despite my cries, even as blood furiously dripped down my forearm. I will be filing a civil suit.
