Can’t say enough good things
Can’t say enough good things. The whole process was seamless. I wanted to get tested ASAP and wanted the results as soon as possible as well and that’s exactly what I got. I found the Priority STD testing website, paid for my test, and got tested all in the same hour. Results were quick and I’m at peace of mind knowing I had nothing to worry about. Luke was emailing me every step of the way keeping me updated on the process. I would definitely recommend!

This is supposed to be discreet
This is supposed to be discreet. Then you put “STD” testing in the subject line of your email request for a review. As soon as I posted my review the company reached out and apologized and promised to look into the issue and make it right. I appreciate their efforts. Other than that the process was very easy and comfortable

the lab tech was great
the lab tech was great. She was polite, fast, and professional. Based on that - worth it. The website and trying to get some info on my ability to use a different site, was needlessly difficult. I had a 5 second question that wasn't answered on the site, it took me 10 mins to navigate the web and phone system.

We instruct patients not to use MyQuest in all correspondence we issue for this very reason. Our number is 1-888-211-2365, and only has two options to speak with our care counselors.
