The customer service experience with…
The customer service experience with Priority was just that. I felt like their #1 priority. Luke went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. The quest facility itself (Pompano, FL location), was overwhelmed with patients and you could tell the staff was overworked because their patience to attend to "walk-ins" was not thin BUT none existent. BUT Casey and her supervisor Luke made it a point that I was assisted me with my lab work and got it done that very day. I got through the same day at the Quest Diagnostic (Boca, FL). I suggest if any clinic is giving you an issue to call Priority's customer service because they are dedicated to helping their clients.

In and Out
This is probably the easiest lab work I’ve ever done. There was not wait, after signing in I barely had time to seat and I was called in. The nurse was very professional and polite, which made me feel at ease. I was there in and out.
