I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and convenient the whole process was. I didn't want to go to my primary care provider but needed to get tested ASAP. I recommend this to anyone seeking quick testing and accurate results.

Won't download results
Won't download results from phone, tablet or laptop. Doesn't matter what else was done perfectly if the main purpose wasn't achieved. Luke was amazing and cleared all issues which was with my browser

Thank you for reaching out. We have just accessed your patient profile using the link entered in your order confirmation email without issue. There was unplanned maintenance this afternoon that took the result system down, however it is now up and functioning correctly. Our director of patient services has reached out to you directly to resolve this matter in private. Your results are complete and ready to view. Update: we were able to reach the patient and provide access to the lab results. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
