Easy
The test was easy no issues finding my information at the lab. When the results came back positive I had a consultation with a dr. and the meds that evening. The representative on the phone even helped me find a RX coupon.. Great experience at a time when you’re extremely vulnerable.. I didn’t feel judged by anyone I spoke to either. Overall it was less expensive than a dr. office visit of you have a high deductible insurance plan. Highly recommend!!

its frustrating when you want something…
its frustrating when you want something done in a timely manner, in a world of mediocracy. it was done much sooner than I expected. They made my week much easier

Excellent service, Test results are a bit hard to read but with a call and some emails they can explain what you need to do

The support staff was excellent
The support staff was excellent, turn around time for results was terrific. I was a bit taken back regarding the scheduling. If you don’t make an affirmative appointment you can sit for hours as appointments for specific times take precedence over just booking to come in. Overall experience was good. Just make sure you book a an appointment.
