Went to one office
Went to one office, computer was down. Crossed town, there was one employee working at 3:00 in afternoon, and waited 45 minutes. Results took 3 and 4 days to get back.

According to our records, your samples were collected on 10/9 and final results were posted to your patient profile three days later on 10/12, within the 72 hour timeframe provided on our website. We're sorry to hear your visit to the collection site was not up to our standards. The testing was easy
My experience was not so great. The testing was easy, but the lady that took my sample was very rude and unprofessional. She acted as if she was mad at me because I wanted my annual std test.
