Poor Customer Service by Quest site personnel
The Quest personnel at the testing location (Granite Run, Lancaster PA) were NOT customer service oriented. It was 15 mins before the center opened & they would NOT accept the order # I had been given or an order on my phone. The gentleman from Priority finally got a fax to go thru to the center, & then they were nice, and I could get my test.

5 star service
Quick and very easy plus anonymous. The only thing that I suggest is once you get your results go to your primary physician or specialist to get help understanding the results. All of my results were back in 3days
