I received my test results promptly.
I received my test results promptly. However, it was difficult to schedule the same-day appointment, because Quest Diagnostics office closest to me had not updated its website to say that they do not accept walk-ins. Still, I called Priority Health Testing, and the operator helped me to find the same day appointment. Thus, although it isn't entirely Priority's fault, I would prefer them to spend effort to ensure that the customer is guaranteed to easily schedule a same-day appointment.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We get our information directly from Quest's system, and PSC locations can sometimes update their appointment schedule due to high influxes of COVID tests, and if they don't push updates through their network, we aren't in the loop. This changes on a day by day basis, and we do our absolute best to avoid sending patients to appointment only facilities. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to narrow down the process to prevent this from happening to future patients. Thank you for choosing Priority Health!
