good seller they were quick and nice with their responses

Not great hosting if I may say myself, constant down time, server took 3-5 minutes to restart where on other hosts it was less then 30 seconds, owner is inexperienced and loved to blame others because if she needs to take any accountability, it will make him look bad

Very good services! I’ve been with Prism for about a year now and I can’t complain. The service is phenomenal, they fixed my VPS after my screw up. I highly recommend you check this hosting service out.

I had a few issues getting the server purchased (errors on me not them) and then also another issue the following day but Hakko was kind and helped me through the issues and was also quick on answering my tickets. I definitely would recommend Prism Hosting

Prism Host was one of the best companies I've worked with for hosting! I ran a FiveM server and had great performance, quick file transfer, and minimal down-time. I had bad timing for the server, as there was a large path-related issue that was effected my Chicago server for a few weeks. I worked with them from December of 2024 - May of 2025. The outages were definitely inconvenient, and upset some of my player base. However, I appreciated how honest the team was throughout outages, and how quickly they addressed any problems, answered tickets. They are kind, respectful, and I appreciated working with them. Based on the Discord, the periods of maintenance have come to a close which is good to see! If I would be to host another server again, I would definitely go back to Prism Hosting, I just wish hosting came at a smaller price tag, however their packages are definitely the most affordable I have found, and the most reliable for the hardware, quality of the servers.

Always a joy to work with. Very polite, fantastic communication throughout the process. Makes everything extremely easy for me as a customer. Easy 5 stars.

I never got my refund, it said i would get a refund and never did. Hell me out, On discord in my ticket (now closed) the dude said that I would get a refund on my money for all the inconviences with my server. I didn't use it anytime after that because of all the shutdowns.
