Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the removal process can feel slow, especially when you’re still seeing companies with your information. Each company has its own processing timeline, and some removal requests can take 30 to 90 days to complete. It’s also difficult to reach a permanent “zero” because personal information can be republished or relisted over time. That’s why PrivacyHawk continues monitoring and submitting removal requests rather than treating privacy cleanup as a one-time process. Results can also vary depending on the size of your digital footprint, with larger footprints naturally taking longer to reduce. We’d be happy to take a closer look at your account and the removals that are still outstanding to make sure everything is progressing as expected. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand why seeing your Privacy Score go down would make you question whether PrivacyHawk is working, especially when you’ve been following the recommended steps. Recently, we expanded the number of data brokers PrivacyHawk covers. This means we can now identify additional places where your personal information may be exposed that weren’t previously included in your score. As a result, your score may temporarily decrease, but this doesn’t mean your privacy has gotten worse or that the work you’ve already done has been undone. It means PrivacyHawk now has greater visibility into your overall digital footprint and can help address more of it. We appreciate you continuing to take the recommended actions as we work to reduce that newly identified exposure. If you’d like us to take a closer look at your account or have questions about your score, please reach out through our in-app chat or at [email protected]. Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re so glad to hear that PrivacyHawk has given you a greater sense of comfort and security when it comes to your personal information. That peace of mind is exactly what we want our users to feel. We also appreciate your feedback about supporting more email providers. We currently support adding up to three email accounts in our Data Footprint and Unsubscribe features, but compatibility can vary by email provider. Expanding those options, including providers like iCloud and Me.com, would make these tools useful for even more people, and we appreciate you highlighting that. Thank you again for trusting PrivacyHawk and for sharing a suggestion that can help us improve. If you have questions about which email accounts you can connect, please reach out to [email protected] or join our Discord community at https://discord.gg/7zPUr3GdAe.

Thank you for giving PrivacyHawk a try. We understand that it may still be too early for you to know how much of a difference the service is making, and we appreciate you sharing where you are in the process. Data removals take time because each company and data broker has its own timeline for responding and completing requests. The size of your existing digital footprint can also affect how quickly results become noticeable, so progress may happen gradually as more removals are completed. We’d be happy to help you better understand the progress being made on your account. Please reach out to [email protected] or join our Discord community at https://discord.gg/7zPUr3GdAe if you have any questions or would like assistance.
