The service is convenient and efficient, with results published as soon as they are received from the lab. Each result is explained in detail, complete with reference ranges for every test. The platform also tracks your results over time, highlighting trends and flagging any markers that may require attention. All bloodwork is reviewed by qualified MDs before your results are delivered to you.

Super easy, and super convenient. Didn't have to worry about insurance or anything. Especially when your not trying to increase your premiums on your insurance. Just simple, easy, and fairly quick results. Definitely recommend.

Recently did my first tests with Private MD Labs, an in-depth Men's Anti-Aging Test. Scheduling and the blood draw were simple. Results started coming in early the very next morning, with most provided that day, in an easy to understand and interpret format, including notes. Final results arrived within 2 weeks. I definitely will use again to continue tracking.

The appointment at quest was very smooth. I scanned a QR Code typed a few characters and within moments i was being called in for the draw. Results started coming in promptly the next morning

After scheduling my appointment for blood draw, the facility's self check-in kiosk couldn't pull up my appointment even though I had a confirmation text. I tried to talk to the personnel there and showed them my text and they were unwilling to do anything. I tried a few different methods of checking in and finally was able to. Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to get blood drawn. After giving blood I was told my results would be complete in 10 days. It took them 12 days to do what most labs have completed in 3-4.

Hi Sam, Thank you for the detailed feedback that’s a frustrating experience. The check-in issue at the kiosk shouldn’t happen, especially when you have a valid confirmation. You also shouldn’t have to troubleshoot multiple methods just to be seen, and a 45-minute delay past your appointment time is not acceptable, and while the experience at the location itself is entirely out of our hands, we feel terrible that you went through this. In over 99% of cases, our customers have a positive experience and unfortunately, you landed in the less than 1% of cases that wasn't. On turnaround time, while some tests can take longer depending on the lab and panel, we understand the comparison you’re making. You should have clear expectations and communication, especially when timelines extend beyond what’s typical. Our role is to help coordinate with the lab and step in when issues like this come up, and we should have made that easier for you in the moment. If you’re open to it, please reach out with your order details so we can review what happened with the check-in, follow up with the lab on the delays, and make sure everything was completed properly.
