This website has helped me for years. I wouldn’t have access to things I need if it weren’t for project ruby. All employees I have been in contact with were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I called several days ago and was told that my auto refill had shipped and then yesterday I found out it did not ship because I needed a consult and I had to pay over $30 for shipping since I'm going to run out

I received 6 emails saying my order was shipping with 6 different order/tracking numbers. When I reached out for clarification, 2 people responded telling me the exact same thing. Doesn't seem like everyone is on the same page here.

Honestly I’m annoyed that I paid for $35 “overnight shipping” when it took a whole day to process and be approved for the prescription. Then it’s going to take more like two days for the package to arrive. I wish I didn’t pay for overnight.

Maddie, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I know prescription timing can get a little tricky, but we really do try to get the package to you as quickly as possible. We hope we can make it up to you in the future.

It's alright but the website isn't the easiest to use. I searched for my usual birth control, just to be told there's no results that match my search. But when I went to my order history to reorder from there, it was available. I also had to do a video consult and all the times were SO late and incredibly inconvenient, no matter what day I picked.

Thanks for your constructive criticism, Nicole! We're currently trying to improve the website and overall telemedicine experience. I will relay this to the team to be sure it's addressed in the near future. Thank you again!
