temporary fixes
Most of what they fixed broke again immediately. They sent someone out to fix AGAIN only to have it break AGAIN. Eventually they just stopped offering to fix. No refund offered.

When the lock you had us install malfunctioned, we wish you would have called us – we could have fixed the issue for you free of charge, since we stand behind our work with a guarantee. Instead it sounds like you found a locksmith to come out and repair it, who charged you hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately, a significant amount of locksmiths on Google are scams (see http://bit.ly/2eaYAzP and http://nyti.ms/1Px2oW7). In addition to the lock issue, you had a slow draining sink that we came back out to give a second look. Our tech said that it was unfixable and that the sink itself was not vented properly. We’re sorry that there wasn’t an easy fix for that. We ended up refunding you $114.09 on August 4th. Please check your statement for this refund that would have shown up about 10 business days later. If you have questions please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
