Gift was for Christmas and was ordered 12/7. Did not arrive until 12/26. I sent inquiry and only got an auto reply that someone would get back to me. No response.

I ordered a product on Dec 9th it was a Christmas present. This has still not arrived. I've asked for a refund but this company aren't good at replying to emails. I think they are scammers. The postage was 4.99 and I assumed it was being send from the UK but that is not the case as it comes from China. Don't buy from project Montessori as it's a complete waste of time. Lynda Boardman

Great variety of age appropriate educational toys / activities for young minds. I will continue to order for years. But order early, items often ship separately and are slow to arrive.

Order number #63184 Ordered a toy for my nephew as a Christmas present, was told delivery would be within 3-5 days. It did not arrive on time and emails requesting a delivery date were ignored. As of yet the order still has not even been despatched. I have since emailed asking to cancel and fully refund my order.

Fun toys ordered for Christmas for young grandchildren. I love that these are designed with challenging play without screentime. The games did not arrive by Christmas, however the company alerted me about this and gave me a choice of cancelling order or accepting later with a partial credit. (Apparently they were shipped from China.) I took the credit option and this was promptly handled and the gifts arrived within the week.
