Complete disappointment. I was looking forward to a perfect fit and a quality shirt. Don't waste your time.

I dealt with this company extensively and ended up doing 3 refittings. Each time the fit was not as expected no matter how carefully I measured, and the quality of the shirt itself was subpar. As others noted, the shirts also came severely wrinkled and I was unable to flatten them out after ironing/steaming. Overall, just an underwhelming experience that resulted in an unwearable shirt. The only positive thing I got out of this was having to learn more about the measurement process and fitting terminology. I ended up going with Charles Tyrwhitt instead for another dress shirt. They had more size options that go between off the rack standards, but with far less hassle and quality issues than this made to measure company

Incredible service. The only place I buy my shirts from. They always get my orders right. Whenever I have a question they answer it with multiple options and a best option. Their customer service is impeccable. I really can't recommend them enough, I love proper cloth.

Good customer care and nice support system.

Received my shirt today and could not be more happy with the garment, the entire fitting and administrative process. For those who are new to Proper Cloth, the fitting process is easy but you must take your time to be accurate. I was diligent about it. I am not to easy to fit and very specific about my shirt requirements. Further, there are many fabrics to choose from. Take your time to understand the different fabric qualities. If you follow the steps, you’ll be pleased with the outcome. Finally, their follow up: from order placement, to product creation and shipping information and tracking are top notch. Whether this is your first custom shirt or not, give these folks a try. It is well worth it!

Really poor fit! and the materials were very poor. I feel like I should have just wandered down to the local store and gotten fitted by a tailor. And if I buy in real life I can see the quality.

Excellent customer service, good quality, custom fit shirts from a company that understands and accommodates international customers. I’ve bought 5 so far & plan on several more. I’d highly recommend talking with (or e-mailing) one of their fitting experts.
