I gave them a try but...
I was skeptical but gave them a shot. I should have trusted my gut and the red flags. As best I can tell they are a company operating overseas and only using a registered agent/LLC mail forwarding service as their US address. Just Google the addresses listed at the bottom of their website for yourself.
The fee structure is fair and competitive. I do think they are trying and communication was good until I was ready to cancel. Unfortunately, the business model appears to be cold-calling homeowners even if it follows research. For me it only turned up leads that weren't truly interested.
When I was ready to cancel they were not nice anymore.

Hi Scott,
We’ve reviewed your feedback and, after checking our records, we could not locate you as a customer.
For accuracy, we’d like to clarify a few key points:
We only work with verified, subscribed agents.
Property Found is a U.S.-registered business, and our addresses and corporate details are fully transparent and publicly available.
Our lead generation is not based solely on cold calling. We use targeted digital marketing, geo-fencing, AI qualification, and ISA verification to provide leads genuinely looking to sell.
If this review was submitted in error or if there’s any confusion, feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]
We're happy to clarify any misunderstandings.

Scammers
Scammers! When I didn’t fall for it they hung up on me while I was still talking!
Response from Property Found· Sep 12, 2025
Hi Anonymous,
Labeling a business as “scammers” is a serious and alarming accusation — particularly when made anonymously and without any verified customer relationship.
Our outreach is conducted by trained representatives, and we hold our team to high standards of professionalism and respect in every interaction. After thoroughly reviewing our records, we could not find any indication of prior communication or engagement with you.
Making such public claims without disclosing your identity or providing verifiable details can cause unjust harm to a legitimate business — and raises valid concerns about the intent behind this review.
If you do have any record of contact or further context to provide, we welcome you to reach out to us directly at [email protected] We are more than willing to investigate and take any necessary action to address your experience appropriately.
Regards,
Property Found Team

SCAM
SCAM, they take your money and send you random names and numbers of people with no interest in selling.
Response from Property Found· Sep 12, 2025
Hi Jesse,
We take reviews on Trustpilot very seriously, and after thoroughly checking our system, we could not find any record of you as a customer of Property Found.
Making claims such as “scam” without any verified business relationship is not only inaccurate, but also highly concerning. We operate with full transparency and serve only licensed real estate professionals through a structured subscription model.
Each lead we deliver is generated via targeted digital marketing and undergoes a strict two-step qualification process involving both AI screening and live agent verification.
If this review was submitted in error or if you have additional context to share, we welcome you to contact us directly at [email protected] so we can look into it further.
Regards,
Property Found Team

BEWARE
BEWARE - Adam from Property Found sends out ANNOYING and unwanted Spam solicitation texts, despite being on the Federal "Do Not Contact" list!
UPDATE: Property Found ATTEMPTED to have my review taken down for "defamatory content" since they don't like being called out for all their annoying SPAM texts, but TrustPilot quickly overruled their attempt to silence me. Better luck next time Property Found!

Property Found Delivers
I've been working with Property Found for the past few months, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, they delivered exactly what they promised: genuine, motivated buyer and seller leads who are actively interested in making real estate moves.
What sets Property Found apart is their consistency and professionalism. Unlike many other lead generation platforms that often overpromise and underdeliver, this team provides quality over quantity. Each lead I've received has been well-screened and relevant to my market, which saves me time and increases my chances of closing.
I have to give special recognition to Waseem, who has been absolutely amazing at providing me with leads. His attention to detail and understanding of what I need has been exceptional. Waseem consistently delivers high-quality prospects that match my target market perfectly, and his proactive approach to lead generation has made all the difference in my business.
The communication and support from their entire team have also been outstanding. They are responsive, transparent, and always willing to work with me to ensure I get the best possible results. Whether it's Waseem setting up a live transfer or the team scheduling follow-ups, they've been on point every time.
While I haven't closed a deal just yet, I'm actively working several promising opportunities that Waseem has provided, and I'm very optimistic that closings are just around the corner. The quality of leads he's been sending shows real potential for conversions.
If you're a real estate professional looking for a reliable partner to grow your pipeline with serious prospects, I highly recommend giving Property Found a try. With team members like Waseem who truly understand lead generation and client needs, they've definitely earned my trust and continued business.
