The part was received in good condition but it seemed to take a while to get it.

The website was very intuitive which made ordering our new gas valve for our water heater quite easy. I was looking for a direct Honeywell brand replacement. The title of the part, description, and images all showed the exact Honeywell brand part I was looking for. What I received was a Resdeo brand part. While the part number matched and the part fit the job, I do feel like the website was misleading in promoting a different part.

Only 4 stars, I'm away from home for work. I needed a part for my heat pump, but I'm not home to test or to visually verify that the board is similar before ordering. However shipping was quick, ordering was easy. Whenever my brother in law is able to get to the house and do an install I'll update the review.
