Great service

My camera is no longer recording. I I received an email stating that I reached my monthly limit. No one including the sales guy and the installer stated there was a limit.bwhen I called customer service they stated all they can do is charge me more for month. I feel like this is a bait and switch.

Years ago I hard wired an alarm system into my house. The only problems with the old system was the horn had died, and living in San Jose I wanted the system monitored. Every other company that I have called wanted to put in a completely new system. New window and door switches and my old ones still worked except in our solar room. As my house has 7 entrances I want alarmed and 6 windows any new system was going to be expensive. By using an interface with my old system the only new equipment needed was the interface, control panel, and a motion detector in the solar room. The installer was very professional and gave me options where we wanted the control box put. We are satisfied with the way the system works and Protection 1 response to our problems.

The Sales person and Install tech were friendly and professional. System is working well so far. The Away and Stay buttons on the left side of the pad don't work so we have been using the corresponding # buttons for these commands. Haven't set the alarm off so far! :)

System was installed about a month ago. It has not worked reliably since installation. Had to wait over a week for service call...yet when I signed the contract the tech was here in an hour to install an activate. Obviously a sales oriented company, not service.
