Not sure how they can promote being no.1 favourite. Shakes are so sweet it turns your face inside out. Also have very clever marketing schemes - “free items” but with clauses. Customer service technique is just to avoid replying! Would NOT recommend!

Wont be purchasing again terrible customer service emailed on first order arrived with faulty cup...reply was youll get used to it leaking ...tastes great but bull as to you loose any weight i drank 2 per day no snacks an exercised.. was sceptical but should have trusted instincts not lost gained 1lb ....also be aware they have a further Trust Pilot account because clearly these reviews are too real ....be careful where you put comments. My first order finally arrived today after the first attempt was reported by the courier as damaged beyond repair. Company were pretty quick to jump on it and send the order out again. I’ve tried the raspberry and white chocolate and tbh it’s vile. Chalky and massively over sweetened. I’ve just wasted £60 I fear…..so wish I’d have read these reviews before I ordered 😢 checked out their returns policy and basically once you’ve received, you’re stuffed! 🙄 hoping the mint chocolate is better in the morning 🤢 maybe their whole business model is built on you consuming shakes, feeling sick and not eating anything else = lose weight. Please don’t waste your money.

First time in ordering from Protein.Com but i would like to say i am very happy with the delivery. Came very quickly, next day delivery, was delivered perfect!! Box wasn't damaged the goods were 100% perfect too. After reading reviews about damaged boxs, the container itself saying powder shake had come out and was in the box made me very weary, to even people saying their parcel hadn't been delivered, so i wasn't sure what to expect and even if id get my parcel. Also the tub with the powder shake in it when you opened the lid was secured by a sealer around it. But i must say im very very happy with this company. Everything came and was totally perfect!! Looking forward to trying my shake and ordering more! A HUGE THANK YOU once again! 🙏

AVIOD AVOID AVOID. This company are scammers.Do not order from them, it is pot luck whether you receive your order or not & their customer service do not care. I received my 1st order next day as stated, packaging awful & damaged, I got used to the taste of sweetners in the shakes, so happy to make my 2nd order. It arrived with the bottom of the box barely sealed, box was damaged & only contained 1 tub with a shaker - I had ordered 3! I contacted the company & their unhelpful standard response was that the weight on the label was correct so therefore all is delivered properly. I resent that they are insinuating I am a liar, however after looking through these reviews it shows that they are liars /crooks / scammers. I requested to make an official complaint, no response. Should have checked these reviews about this awful SCAM company. I will be using a reputable company in future.

Avoid!!! Awful customer services. Placed two orders by accident and asked if I could cancel within 5 minutes of me making the mistake and they wouldn't cancel it and now won't refund me

We’ve made two orders from this company and both had faults. One arrived with a tub open and the other had bits missing. They don’t send replacements or they say it left them fine by weight so won’t do anything! Bad customers service ic but elsewhere

I bought 2 of them, sorry but I can not leave a good review! So runny not creamy or think at all like advised, Vanilla Cookie and Chocolate fudge, the chocolate fudge is horrible 😫 really sweet and sickly to drink, the Vanilla one is okay but not the best I have tasted! This is my honest review on them! They should do a tester pack as I have wasted £60 on them 😱 absolutely gutted coz see them being advertised everywhere as being nice and they are not at all. It's like doing a bowl of sugar 🤮
