i cannot send message them in chat.
i cannot send message them in chat.. probably blocked me. so they provided me a spain isp that i cannot use for my task. simply, wise.com is not available .. so this isp proxy is useless for me. i requested replacement however they ignored. if they make it right (so i can use for wise.com) i will change my feedback..
