I ordered some gems and a huge but I didn’t get the order until a month later and got the wrong huge that’s WAY WAY UNDER THE VALUE

Full order NOT received
Received the pets ordered but not the gems. Have emailed numerous times about this and no response. Have also requested a refund but no response!? Won't be recommending or shopping here as it appears my money is gone and I have an unhappy child!
