although it took about 16 days to get my contacts, im am very happy with them, and the great price i paid---my only suggestion is to order ahead of time so when they show up late, it wont be a bother--i would have given them 5 stars if they had kept me informed on delivery

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. This is a real review from a very very very anger customer. I placed an order with them on July 16th, contacts were paid in full and cleared my bank on the 17th. Contacts shipped out or a label was created that same day. Had to call to get the tracking number was told that I was given a estimated delivery date. It is now Aug 8th and my package is still showing in transit. Have called, emailed, chatted with a customer service rep no help. This company I think in my opinion is a FRAUD. Very poor customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered I would have never ordered. So if anyone reads reviews please please please take them serious. I am a honest working mom. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I searched several websites looking for contacts, comparing prices and reviews. I decided to take a chance and ordered contacts on Wednesday 7/22 from PSC Contacts. I received them on Monday 7/27. I did pay the extra six dollars for expedited shipping. I'm am very pleased with this purchase because of the great price and even though the website said there could be a delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic my order came fast. Thank you PSC Contacts!

They pretend that they are selling goods, then it pops up that they do not accept PayPal, then they have problems with my card. Cancel the order and charge 5% for the cancellation. I do not recommend it.

I was going to ask for $ 200 in glasses for me and my wife, but thankfully I found this community, I am sorry for those who bought I hope they can get their money back with their banks. I am not going to buy

The whole experience is really risky, I placed an order on May 15th, and it was shipped the next day so I thought it was going to get to me sooner... well I was wrong. It is now June 7th and the tracking says it will be here tomorrow (Monday, June 8th). Let’s see if I get them tomorrow considering it’s been almost a whole month! And the tracking didn’t update days at a time which scared me. **UPDATE** my contacts ended up coming June 8th just like it said it was so that’s a plus. Although I got my contacts and prescription is correct, I probably still will not order from here again since it took almost a whole month.

SCAM!!!! They take your money and never ship anything. They should be in jail. Do yourself a favor and do not use this dischonest company.

I ordered contacts many weeks ago. You could have walked them across the United States by this time. I reached out and received the dumbest reason that the USPS was short people and backed up. Everyone else shipping USPS has no issues but these folks coming up with a lame excuse like that is nuts. I've made it clear I don't receive the contacts within two days, I'm backing out the charges.
