I ordered a single thing from them in 2020, and since then they've been surreptitiously charging my card an $80 membership fee, with no notifications or signs that I was being charged until there was a fraud alert from my bank. Upon contacting them, they refused a refund and insisted this was part of their policy. Their policy is to scam people out of their money using shady 'membership' practices.

Customer support has been awesome! They are responsive and resolved my issue right away. When my shipment was delivered, a whole bottle of surface cleaner had spilled out and got everything soaking wet. Luckily, my items were not ruined except for the packaging materials that are made of paper. The food items are well sealed so no cleaning agent got into the food. Thanks for promptly refunding the bottle of all surface cleaner!.
