Had I small issue with my last order where a bottle of hair oil broke when it arrived. Thanks to the packaging done nothing else was damaged and the customer service was quick and helpful.

The costumer service was great! When I looked to cancel right after realizing I was charged for the year, they responded within a few hours, and offered me a discount to remain a member, before fully refunding.
