The original mug came broken and their customer service worked tirelessly to get a replacement

I placed an order for a birthday gift and received an email that it had shipped 2 days later. It’s now been a week since I received an email that it “shipped” but the usps tracking still says shipping label created, awaiting package. I have tried to contact their customer support with 2 different emails I found, Facebook messages and phone numbers I looked up online. 0 response. I have a couple days until I need the birthday gift and no communication. If I don’t hear back soon I’m disputing the charge with my credit card.

Received watercolor design portrait and it was perfect! Great customer service, quick response to my questions and just overall great cmpy. Will definitely be placing a new order with them. Thanks for the expedite- item arrived on anniversary day!!!

I had one of the watercolor prints made for my friend who lost her dog last year. She absolutely loved it and said it captured her pup perfectly

We lost our sweet girl Dahlia this year, and I wasn't sure how I'd feel opening a print of her. Puppercrust got her exactly right, though. That expression, ears up, tongue out, looking off to the side like she just heard something interesting, that's Dahlia to a tee. Even her collar made it in. The watercolor style gives it so much warmth, and her eyes have this life to them that stops me every time I look at it. It doesn't feel like a picture of her. It feels like her.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a portrait for my best friend and her husband as a gift in memory of their 12 year old Australian Sheppard that had passed. I was anticipating on the delivery to be long, but not this long… and the lack of communication is ridiculous. I bought the product on 08/16/26 and did not receive a receipt or an estimated time of arrival for the gift… I kept checking my account with Pupper Crust to see the status of my order and it has stayed as “sent to printer, in production” for over a week. I emailed support on 08/25/26 and they had let me know that there was a technical issue on their end and that they sent in my order in for next day fulfillment and would email me the FedEx tracking link soon… it’s been 3 days since then and nothing. Do not recommend them.
