Fantastic Product!

Taking the resin in the morning works great, as you calms and nourishes yours for the rest of the day. You can also take it twice daily. In the evening 2-3 hours before sleep it will regenerate you while your rest. Thank you for the review!

this is an update from alliknowis Please see my EARLIER 5 star review. I wanted to add that I found the quickest and easiest way to ingest is to soak in a small glass of H20 for 20min, stir and swallow. FOLLOW with a swig of honey from a squeeze bottle directly into mouth. All done! If it were any more labor intensive than that, I wouldn't be using it : )
