Where I live there are too many minerals in the water. They distroy irons and drip coffee makers. Being that my health has not been the best and hearing bad news about plastics in the water on the news I have been using your filters wrapped in gold paper. They filter the most minerals and other stuff I was wondering wher you have a filter for microplastics?

**This issue was resolved - thanks so much. I was told to place order & send in my tax exempt certificate & the Invoice would be redone without the tax. I've sent multiple emails with no response from email or telephone number. Very frustrating you don't have a telephone number! However, the office is very satisfied with the product itself.

It took 4 weeks 2 emails and no response. and I’m still waiting for a return label because I had to order this from another site. I didn’t know if this place was a scammer or not. I’m in the middle of moving. Which it had delay the whole process. It would have helped for somebody to let me know what’s going on while I was waiting for this .So no horrible place to get stuff from.Big word for you guys COMMUNICATION goes a long way.This company needs a phone number that you can reach them because apparently emails don’t work.
