Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong refrigerator filters by mistake and they were happy to send me the correct ones for the cost of shipping. I would use them again

Great customer service!
I ordered the wrong size fridge filter and tried to exchange it for another size. Instead, they told me to give mine to someone who may use the same size and sent me the right size free of charge! That’s a company I will continue to do business with!

Great service!!
I placed an order and it was shipped out in a timely fashion. On the day we were to receive the package it was a no show. The tracking information said it was delivered to my address but it wasn’t. I waited the weekend and on the following Monday I sent a message to PurerDrop and the representative said they would promptly ship another order to my location which they did and I received. Felt very good knowing that there are companies that still know how to do great customer service!!

still no response.
still no response. I am trying to check on my order I placed October 19, 2021. Order # PD20823599562833 AND THE FUNDS HAVE BEEN WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE LET ME KNOW SOMETHING IN REFERENCE TO THIS
