I received the wrong product, and I contacted via email several times to find out how to return. I got no responses. I tried calling the listed phone number, which is ALWAYS a busy signal. Time to contact my credit card company to report fraud.

After purchasing Pureveen, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from customer service. They wanted to make sure I would get the most out of this supplement and recommended ways to get this done. I appreciated the follow-up! I am very happy with the Pureveen product as it is starting to help my thyroid get back on track.

Do not buy this product. I would like to tell you I know how it works, but I don’t because I’ve now waited for three weeks to be told that it’s still in China. And when you call the number under Pureveen to try to talk to the company it shows up as Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I am sure I’m going to get my money back and the medicine can stay in China because as far as I’m concerned, anybody that runs a company like this couldn’t make a good product. Don’t buy it unless you enjoy wasting your money.

Although not a huge difference, after 45 days I’m definitely seeing helpful results and will continue using Pureveen. My energy levels are improving mostly.
