This website is a total scam with false advertising. The duvet cover that I received is basically a pixelated photo of a real quilt printed on sleazy fabric. I asked to return it and get a refund, but of course that's not going to happen. Their "gesture of goodwill" offer of 20% reimbursement wouldn't even cover the cost to send it back. One star is too high a rating.

I ordered a quilt. The website said it was embroider. What showed up was a cheap print. They will not refund you money back. Very deceitful website as you literally think your product is being hand sewn from MA. But gets shipped from China. And then the address it shows up from is labeled as a brushing scam. Company website is Snuggleden.

Buyer Beware! Despite misleading photos, Snuggleden duvet covers are NOT quilted and certainly not made with high quality materials. The technique is simply a screened print on cheap synthetic material. The design intricacy and colour vibrancy does not match the advertised product and the associated cost is a gross overcharge for such an inferior offering. The company’s stance, although polite and apologetic protects only themselves and not the consumer. “The images displayed on our website are meant to be a symbolic representation of the product design and pattern. While we strive to ensure that the final product closely matches the advertised image, slight variations in production techniques or appearance may occur. Every customer has their own expectations, and while we strive to satisfy everyone, we understand that we cannot meet all preferences.” As a result, I was not allowed to return the item for refund but instead, for what they termed “a gesture of goodwill”, they provided a 20% refund on purchase price. Defining the gesture as goodwill was laughable given the company’s blatant advertising deception. A 20% refund on a product nowhere worth the price paid remained a win for them.

I ordered a butterfly quilt and what I got was a cheap printed picture, nothing what was advertised! There is a return address on the package, which looks like a house address. I was cheated when I was checking out to get another one, I couldn't get back to cancel. Scam!! AVOID THESE THIEVES!

I ordered 2 quilts and received the poorest dime store quality I have ever seen. Printed picture, not quilted. No batting super thin. Poly fabric not cotton

I can see the charge on PayPal, but know shipping info at all. I have no idea if I will get this quilt or even want it anymore. I think this company is a scam.

They ripped me off, took my money canceled my order and then said they will only refund half of what I paid. Fraudulent indeed.
