Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

Bought two small puzzles — corgi and cat — and we’ve enjoyed putting them together multiple times. They’re a great value. Their delivery partner, the USPS, isn’t very accurate: said it was delivered but it wasn’t. However, Anna in customer service tracked it down quickly and it showed up 2 days later.

This site is a SCAM! AVOID! Item ordered and paid for on 10 Jan.... 9 Feb they sent an email saying the item was delivered! I emailed them back, saying "Not Delivered!"... "Anna" wrote back, changing the story.. she says USPS returned the item because of an incorrect address and showing a paper without a house number on the street name. But she could reship for $9.50. I told her to reship and enclose a bill for the shipping in the package. I'm still waiting to hear.... Oh... and did I mention that USPS checks shipping addresses before they accept items? This site is terrible scam.

I have ordered now around 10 -15 wooden puzzles. I think i like the large size the best though I do have A3 and A5 both. The color is amazing. I liked them so much I am decorating my office ceiling drop down tiles with them. Perfect for my office decor. Highest recommendation.

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Paid $9.90 in shipping and have NOT received my puzzle yet!! Ridiculous!!! Next time I’ll shop Amazon and get free shipping. This was to be a gift….too late now. Beginning to wonder if I’ve been scammed???

DONT DO IT! Ordered in January for Valentine's day. Have received nothing but useless tracking number. Actually, I did receive an update that my order is expected to arrive at the end of February. This would be more than twice as long as stated on their website. I have made repeated attempts to contact them and all I get are canned emails from the nonexistent yet very western sounding Anna Brown. This is either the most poorly run company in existence or a complete scam. Either way, find other way to throw your money away, waste your time, and disappoint your friends and family.
