Very Disappointing Experience with PW Skills I purchased the Full Stack Development with AI course from PW Skills last December. I faced a payment-related issue, but I completed the pending payment in September 2026. Despite completing the payment, my access to some of my classes/content on the dashboard has been stopped. I have contacted the customer support team multiple times and raised the issue through email, but I have not received a proper resolution. My concern has not been handled seriously, and the repeated delays have been extremely frustrating. I purchased the course expecting proper support and uninterrupted access after completing the payment. Unfortunately, my experience with the support team has been very disappointing. I would recommend thinking carefully before purchasing a course until you are confident about the support and access policies.

When you want to enroll in the course they pursue you so much to enroll in premium subscription of their which comprises of placement assistance by them ,guys don't fell in the trap they are absolute scammers who will in end give you a only certificate but when asked for placement support they will say you didn't fill this condition or whatever I have lost approximately 9000 rs for placement support ,please learners don't fell in this trap youtube is far better place to learn.

Pathetic, lectures are not on time, no proper intimation, there is no contact whom we can speak. At the time of taking fees everybody reaches out to after that no lectures conducted.

I enrolled in a PW Skills program during the 2022–2023 batch and paid the full course fee. Unfortunately, due to serious personal and health-related issues at that time, I could not complete the course within the batch duration. After my situation stabilized, I approached the support team requesting any reasonable non-paid assistance, such as limited access to recorded content, a refresher option, or at least escalation to a senior authority for review. I was informed that the batch had been permanently closed and that no form of access or support was possible, with the only alternative being fresh paid enrollment into a new course. While the responses were polite in language, the process felt strictly policy-driven with no practical learner-centric resolution, even in genuine hardship cases. Requests for escalation or alternative consideration were declined. I am sharing this experience so prospective learners clearly understand: Access is strictly batch-bound There is no post-batch flexibility Support options after batch closure are extremely limited, regardless of circumstances Please review terms carefully before enrolling.

Enrolled in a Project Management course. The minute my card was charged, the link for the details page returned with a "404, Oops Page Not Found". On the day of the scheduled course, I received an email (which I initially thought was a scam due to the manner in which it was written) stating that the session was cancelled due to an instructor illness, but they would provide me with a link to the recording. The session itself was still listed as a live webinar online so I didn't know if the email I received was real. I ended up sitting on the webinar call for 15 mins before hanging up, assuming the email was indeed real. I replied to the email multiple times requesting the link they mentioned. I also messaged the support chat online requesting the link. No answer. Finally I requested the link once more or a refund and they responded "okay very shortly you receive recorded session" I asked if it would be sent via email, they responded "Yeah" but then sent me a link in the chat (which I was nervous to click on) to a previously recorded session. The content was okay, meh...nothing that justified the $147 cost. Do not recommend.

I enrolled in the Digital Marketing course after a lot of convincing from the team, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The course content is weak, and most of the instructors seem inexperienced. Except for one or two classes, the teaching quality was very poor. It felt like the trainers were using students to practice their own teaching skills. The support team is also unhelpful and does not keep their commitments. Doubts are not resolved properly, and even after requesting a change of instructor, the same teacher was assigned again. Overall, the experience feels misleading and not worth the money. I strongly recommend avoiding courses from PW Skills.
