You cannot get a hold of anyone!!! Each time you re on hold for 2 hours until the call randomly drops. They don't even answer emails.

I was very impressed with the quickness of the loan process. I applied on 11/28/16 & by 11/29/16 the money was deposited in my account. SO I in turn suggested that my daughter apply with y'all, however her experience has not been as pleasant as mine was. She applied on 12/03/16 which was a Saturday, so she expected there would be a delay. It's been 4 days & she has done everything requested by your agents and still has not received the money yet. So if there is anything you can do to help her I would deeply appreciate it. I honor your Indian heritage and I was happy to do business with y'all.
