I used this service because my ex and I used a mediator for our divorce and they did not provide QDRO service. I used the online version and found it fairly easy to use. At places where I had questions there usually was an example to help determine the best answer.

It is very difficult to try to get the formatting required by our court to "match" this process. I need it to be a stipulated order - no ability to do that. I need signatures before the Judge's signature - no ability to do that. If I move it, it appears that I will disqualify the entire process. The pleading paper is off. I'm not a fan.

We are sorry you had difficulties with the formatting. We do have the option to have signatures appear in the QDRO for a stipulated order, but they are inserted below the Judges signature, as you mentioned. In order to change this, you would have to use the "editable" version of the QDRO , which opens up in MSword for full control and formatting. Our support team is happy to help with this, if needed. If there is anything at all we can help with, please let us know. Thank you.

They were super helpful, quick, and the step by step process was very easy. I expected it to be overwhelming, but it was quite the opposite!!
