lost every change after two hours of work
Response from QRCodeKIT· Oct 5, 2026
Thank you for reporting this, and we're genuinely sorry. Two hours of work gone is frustrating regardless of the cause, and we'd like to understand what happened rather than leave it unexplained. If you get in touch with our support team with your account details and some context on when it occurred, we'll look into it with you. The QRCodeKIT Team

Stay away frustrating experience. Paid for the premium plan expecting stable dynamic QR codes, but links kept failing intermittently. Analytics numbers didn’t match real traffic, and customer support took over a week to reply. They wouldn’t issue a refund even though the problems were ongoing.

Thank you for your feedback. We take reports like this seriously, and we've searched our records carefully but haven't been able to locate an account or a support ticket matching these details. We've also reached out more than once asking for an order reference so we could investigate, without success so far. If you did purchase a Premium plan with us, please send your account email or invoice number to our support team and we'll review the case in full, including the refund request. We'd genuinely like to resolve this, but we need something to trace it to. The QRCodeKIT Team

Great customer experience! I needed one QR code without taking on a monthly fee. They confirmed that I could have that, with some limits, and were pleasant and professional.

Their irrelevant and annoying marketing emails from Lxxxx Gxxxxx support at qrcodekit.com do not have an unsubscribe button. This is unprofessional and a bad practice. Had to block their domain from my mail server.
Response from QRCodeKIT· Jan 26, 2026
Hi Simon, sorry about this. You’re absolutely right. A technical issue caused the unsubscribe link to be missing from a limited number of emails. This has now been fixed, and we’ve reviewed our setup to avoid a repeat. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
