You changed my itinerary without my…
You changed my itinerary without my approval to a very inconvenient time. First the website said we could have one checked bag free then the itinerary stated that we have to pay for the first bag.

Dear Rhoda, Thank you for your feedback. Looking at your reservation, the airline adjusted its schedule because of reduced flight demand and canceled the flight you had originally selected. The airline automatically put you on the next closest flight. We are sorry this happened to you, but it was the airline who adjusted the schedule and not us. As to the baggage fee, I do not show that on any flights we show a free checked bag, only a free carryon and personal item. If you see it on our site please email it to us and we can research that further. Thank you, Qtrip support
