Was texted 3 times that I could pay through my phone, despite telling them on first text to send me paper bill. I went on website, no way to pay bill online or link to where it could be done. I called and was told there was no online bill pay. I told the lady to send me a bill, no bill but only letter with amount, no return envelope with correct address I find out later. I sent them a personal check with address on letter and or envelope. Two weeks later I receive a bill saying their records indicate an outstanding balance. This bill had a different address. I checked my bank checking statement and the check hadn't been cashed. I went online from the bill and a different online site and paid with my health savings account debit. I just checked a little while ago and my check was cashed also. I went on their billing site and no credit even listed for the doubled amount. By reading some of the other reviews here I am not holding my breath that they won't keep my $74.44. All they had to do was tell me the correct billing site, it sucks because these people almost have a monopoly, it seems that the vast amount of doctors use them for their tests. Update, called them shortly after this and the customer service representative acknowledged seeing the double payment and told me they would send me a refund check. The only thing I received from them was a notice of one payment saying I had a zero balance. Without calling out name(s) here we know what they are, keeping people's hard earned money. 2nd update, finally received full refund but check made out to my wife. That's fine but a bit odd as the original payment was from my personal checking account and I have my own Quest Diagnostics account. Updated with 3 stars.

I have to take the time to say "Thank you" to an employee by the name of Angie at the 9th Street location in Corona, Quest Lab. I have made compliments about this employee in the past to the Corporate Office and she continues to be extremely outstanding. She TRULY cares about the patients. You can take my word, please believe me, she's unusual in our present time. We need more like her. Ask for Angie, you won't regret it. The best about it, she's ALWAYS willing to help others without hesitation. I would definitely trust her to perform services for my mom, whom I love dearly. Respect/Outstanding Service is her game and Caring is her fame. She's the best.

Possibly the worst company I ever worked for and I’ve worked for a few that fit that criteria. Based at West London in their shambles of a Materials and Supplies dept., the internal standards were probably the worst I saw in 30 years. Management ( loosely called ) with no idea what their employees were getting up to: sitting around reading tabloids, on the phone to their bookies placing bets, long cigarette breaks, one getting a crossword puzzle book out of her handbag because she had no work to do ( you couldn’t make it up ). It’s a cesspit of incompetence, poor standards and a culture that has been allowed to exist for years but to an outsider, this company tries to portray itself as a leader in its field. I left feeling that it’s about style over substance. Sadly, Quest Diagnostics, YOU HAVE NEITHER.

Rec'vd bill with verbage "WE HAVE FILED YOUR INSURANCE. YOU ARE NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALANCE OF THIS ACCOUNT. If your insurance has issued payment directly to you, please send us this payment immediately to stop the collection efforts. Our records "STILL" indicate an outstanding balance. The date of service was 3/2, bill sent 4/18. Misleading statement #1: They did not file insurace. The didn't even have it on file. Misleading statement #2. STILL have outstanding balance. This was first bill they acknowledge sending. Misleading statement #3. Stopping Collection Efforts. There are no collection efforts. STOP scaring people who are trying to keep good credit standing by sending misleading bills. My first instinct was to mail full payment immediately, but further research was necessary. Now I am to wait for "corrected bill once submitted properly for to insurance. Will contact the Department of Health as well.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Arrived and checked in at iPAD. No one working at desk. After an hour an a half, I grabbed the technician and she said that if I didn't have the confirmation number that was emailed to me, I could not be served. The notification says that it will speed check-in but not that you must have it --and I didn't bring it. The technician was horribly rude. The place is completely disorganized. If you want to be treated horribly, spend hours waiting, and leave without you blood tests being done, go here. My doctor has to find a better option than Quest. Absolutely unbelievable. I have never been treated this horrible in my almost 60 years. I know it is hard to find staff but this is ridiculous.

A very big THANK YOU and my sincere gratitude & appreciation to "Nicole" at the Rockwall, TX facility. She was very professional and very gentle in the procedure of a blood sample, trust me I'm the poster child of being afraid of this procedure, I didn't even know she did it. I would travel from New York to Texas just have her do the procedure if needed, Nicole is truly that good at what she does, I know!!! "Nicole thank you soooo much again for being understanding and extremely supportive for helping me through this". :-))) PS: as promised you are my new best friend forever! David D. 4/1/22

I walked into the Quest at Riverdale. Best kept secret literally. Im glad I went to this location. Other places are swamped with ppl n this was quick. Will refer.

There is an employee here, in Waco TX on Sanger Ave, that's really great. Professional, proficient and kind. Her name is LaTonya. And there's another employee who has called me back a few times. She's always rude and difficult. This last time was unbearable. I did not think to get her name. She asked about my urine test. I told her it was not what my doctor told me she wanted. This employee tells me to go back into the lobby and call my doctor which I do. In a few minutes this employee comes to the lobby and starts talking about my urine test and how I wouldn't let her do it because I wanted something different. I remind her that I told her it wasn't what I wanted, it was what my doctor wanted. She keeps repeating herself, literally. Louder and louder in front of a lot of people in the lobby. I'm not sure what she was trying to achieve but she was very unprofessional and unkind.
